The department involves the fields of electronic engineering, photoelectric technology, automation, communication and computers and is responsible for search and analysis of domestic and foreign databases, drafting and submitting of patent application documents, document rectification, application for qualification examination, response to Office Action, reexamination, invalidation, change of applicants or inventors and legal status inquiry before application in the above fields.
Specialty in electronic information science and technology from Central China Normal University, and Master of Law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology; engaged in patent agency industry for over a decade; mainly responsible for patent drafting in the fields of electronics, communication and computers and excelling at agency of patent invalidation, reexamination and patent litigation; carrying out patent training, patent mining and patent layout services for enterprises and colleges for years; rated as Outstanding Patent Attorney of Hubei Province in 2021.
