The department involves the fields of electronic engineering, photoelectric technology, automation, communication and computers and is responsible for search and analysis of domestic and foreign databases, drafting and submitting of patent application documents, document rectification, application for qualification examination, response to Office Action, reexamination, invalidation, change of applicants or inventors and legal status inquiry before application in the above fields.
Master’s Degree in communication engineering from Wuhan University of Technology; Red Hat Certified Engineer; proficient in drafting of patent documents and response to Office Action in the technical fields of electronics, communication, computers and the like; excelling at businesses of patent mining, application agency, search and analysis, and the like.
