Mechanics Department
The department is mainly responsible for patent consultation, search, drafting and response to Office Action in the field of mechanics; handling of difficult or important cases in the field of mechanics, including domestic and foreign patent applications, response to OA, and handling of domestic patent reexamination, invalidation and litigation cases; training and lectures on special topics for the clients; and related patent information utilization projects in the field.
Excelling at patent agency businesses in the fields of prefabricated buildings, steel structures, equipment manufacturing, petroleum engineering, marine engineering and the like; having rich agency experience in patent mining and application, reexamination and invalidation, patent search, analysis and layout, patent infringement analysis, high-value patent cultivation, enterprise intellectual property standards implementation and the like.
Specialty in electromechanics; one of the earliest attorneys in Hubei Province; rich experience in agency; excelling at agency businesses of patent applications in the fields of electromechanics, chemistry and materials; rated as Advanced Individual in Work of Wuhan Intellectual Property Office in 2004.

Specialty in automobiles; working on research and development of products for a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise for two years before; now mainly responsible for patent agency work in the fields of mechanics; excelling at patent mining, search, drafting and response in the fields of mechanics and mainly responsible for applications for patents of enterprises such as Dongfeng and China First Metallurgical at the moment.
