Chemistry Department
The department is mainly responsible for patent agency, reexamination business, patent assignment, recordal of license, infringement analysis, request for invalidation, consultation and guidance and the like in chemistry, biology, medicine and their related cross fields and other aspects. The chemical field: compounds including inorganic compounds, organic compounds, high-molecular compounds and the like; a composite; chemical materials including nano materials, chemical engineering materials and chemical equipment; chemical methods including product preparation methods, analysis methods, use methods, chemical treatment methods and the like; biological materials in the biological field including strains of microorganisms, antigens, antibodies, genes and the like; biological products including vaccine, detection kits, biological medicine, beverage products and the like; biological methods including preparation methods of biological products and the like; bulk drug, traditional Chinese medicine composition, medical auxiliary agents and preparation methods and use methods thereof, and the like in the field of medicine.
Master’s Degree in chemistry from Wuhan University; having rich scientific research experience and complete knowledge system; engaged in patent agency work since 2011, gathering rich experience and capable of providing comprehensive services of patent mining, drafting, reexamination, invalidation, patent search and analysis consultation, response to Office Action and the like for the clients; providing training in aspects of patent mining and technical disclosure materials, response to Office Action and the like for the clients for many times.
